"7 Rings" (Extreme Version) is playable on Just Dance 2020 where the routine can be unlocked by getting Superstar on 7 rings (Classic) on 8th-gen consoles, Nintendo Switch, and Google Stadia, and through normal gameplay on Wii. The routine also appears on Just Dance Now (for players who subscribed before April 9, 2024). It also available on 舞力全开 and is unlockable through the same method as it is on Just Dance 2020. The song was also available on Just Dance Unlimited, but was removed. The song can be also found in the files of Just Dance+.

Appearance of the Dancer

The coach is a woman with purple hair styled with two side buns with two long braids and bangs as a combination of all coaches in the classic routine. There is a gold chain around each of her buns. She wears a turquoise sleeveless top with various straps and cut-outs and a reflective pink skirt. There are multiple gold body chains over her torso. On her left leg, she wears a turquoise thigh-high sock. On her right leg, she wears blue knee-high fishnet legging, attached to a green strap on her thigh with gold clasps. She wears a pair of orange platform boots with pink heart-shaped frills and yellow small wings on the center and thick white soles. She wears gold bracelets around both wrists, one with a chain connecting to a ring on her finger. She has a glowing turquoise outline.
