"A Queda" (stylized as "A QUEDA" in-game) by Gloria Groove is featured on Just Dance 2024 Edition.
Appearance of the Dancer[]

The coach is a jester named Iluquim, dressed in a latex outfit that is reminiscent of the jester attire featured in the music video of the song. Their[3] face has black jester-style makeup, with large, sharp lines trailing down their cheeks and above their eyelids, as well as thick black eyebrows, black eyeliner, and black lips. Their head is covered by a black and white jester cap, where the left tail features black and white vertical stripe patterns and the right one has black and white diamond patterns. Both tails have orange pom-poms on their ends. The cap is also attached to a black snug-fitting hood that has a black and white neck ruff connected to it.
Iluquim wears a golden orange corset-like shiny leotard with black borders and an upward border at the top. Its surface is covered with a black diamond pattern. Connected to the leotard is a voluminous, stiff jester-style tutu with a wide circumference and rounded corners, where the outer part is black, the inner part is purple, and the hem is orange. They also wear black latex gloves that reach beyond their elbows, with the hand part of their right glove being changed to light blue. They also wear black and white leggings in a near identical style to those worn by Folie: the left leg having stripe patterns and the right leg diamond patterns. Lastly, they also wear black knee-length thick-soled boots with wedges and grommets with a downward gradient of red, orange, and yellow colors. The color of their faded outline shifts between orange, pink, and white in different parts of the routine.
At the beginning of the routine, Iluquim carries a purple mask attached to a stick, with the mask resembling tragedy masks with white saddened facial outlines. Before the first verse, Iluquim throws away the mask away, which disappears in a puff of purple smoke.
Background[]
The routine takes place in the Maze of Illusions, a show run by Iluquim in a circus tent at the park in Carnivallium.[4] In the verses, the platform that Iluquim performs on is a white spiral floor. The walls are red and white stripes. There are also some decorations like green clocktowers and standing figures. There are also golden frames of Abc (Nicer), Circus, Dance Monkey, Danger! High Voltage, and Funhouse. Additionally, there are red doors with different styles surrounded by yellow pillars. As the pre-chorus starts, the platform turns. During the first one, it reveals a white circular door with a red spiral. During the chorus, Iluquim enters the room. The room appears to have blue and purple spinning circles with lights with a pink mat in the middle. The floor is also purple. During the post-chorus, the purple circles turn pink and the blue ones turn purple. In the second verse, the spiral platform and the walls are given a weird effect. Towards the second chorus, there are white doors with Iluquim’s face on them, but with hypnotized eyes. During the second post-chorus, the door’s hypnotizing eyes start to spin very fast in either clockwise or counter-clockwise along with pink and purple spotlights shining on the doors. During last few parts of the routine, Iluquim enters the last room with yellow and red spiral door. The room haves spinning red and white squares with yellow lights on them. When Iluquim performs the second Gold Move, the room lights up and the red and white squares begin to shuffle in opposite directions. As the routine ends, the camera zooms out to reveal that Iluquim has been in a frame for the entire routine.
Gold Moves[]
There are 2 Gold Moves in this routine:
Gold Move 1: Put your hands up as if you are surrendering and turn your torso to the left.
Gold Move 2: Put your hands up and bend towards to the right.

Trivia[]
General[]
- A Queda is the twelfth Portuguese-language song in the series.
- "M***a" (from "fazendo m***a") and "p**a" (from "E vá para a p**a que pariu") are censored.
- However, "p**a" is still audible.
- The song samples the drums from Believer.
- In early versions of the Just Dance 2024 Edition song pack, the word "m***a" had been accidentally left uncensored in the in-game lyrics.[5]
Routine[]
- A Queda was the first map in the Just Dance series to be choreographed by Gwen Chouasne.[6]
- Iluquim is the third coach in the Just Dance series to be assigned with "they/them" pronouns[3], after Mihaly and Nao.
- Iluquim’s name is a combination of "Ilusão", the Portuguese word for "illusion", and "Arlequim", the Portuguese word for "Harlequin".[7]
- The following differences can be noticed in concept art for the map:
- Iluquim’s costume was slightly different, as it had pig tails on the jester cap. The mask the coach holds at the start of the song is different as well.
- Abc (Nicer) can be seen in the photo frames in the background, despite being absent in the final map.
- Concept art showing Iluquim’s circus tent from outside is also present, although the idea was ultimately scrapped. One of the signs at its entrance is directly taken from Abc (Nicer).
- Iluquim’s stockings are the same ones worn by the coach from Funhouse. It was later revealed that the coach from Funhouse was inspired by Iluquim to wear the same stockings as an homage after attending one of Iluquim’s shows.[8]
- The routine appears in the background of Sunlight on a TV.
