Background[]
Just Dance 3 (Wii/PS3)[]
The routine takes place in Just Dance High School. The girls are dancing in a locker room or a school corridor. The floor is checkered, and the brick wall is pink. A school bell can be seen too. The lockers will occasionally light up, and their doors will open or close. The same goes for the floor. At some points, the lockers act like piano tiles and flash pinkish-red.
Just Dance 3 (Xbox 360)[]
In the Xbox 360 version of Just Dance 3, the lockers flash red instead of pinkish-red.
Mashup[]
Baby One More Time has a Mashup available on Just Dance 3.
"[GM]" indicates a Gold Move.

Trivia[]
General[]
- Baby One More Time is the third song by Britney Spears in the series.
- It is also the second song by The Girly Team in the series.
- Baby One More Time is referenced in 1999.
- There are a few lyrical anomalies present in the routine:
- "Here" in the line "That somethin’ wasn’t right here" is absent.
- In the remake, in the line "I must confess I still believe (still believe)", the part in the brackets is included.
- In the remake, there are a few clipping errors.
- In early 2023, The Girly Team became the subject of a running joke on Just Dance’s official Twitter account, where they were constantly mentioned as the account owner’s favorite artists. The coaches from the Just Dance 3 version of the routine were always used as visual reference.
- On January 3, 2023, Just Dance’s official Twitter account used a promotional image of Baby One More Time from Just Dance 3 in a spoof of Rolling Stone’s article "The 200 Greatest Singers of All Time", where The Girly Team appear at Number 1.
- The Girly Team were referenced again on February 2, 2023 to promote the Just Dance+ releases of that day, which were all covers and original songs credited to them (with the exception of Jungle Boogie).[6]
- On February 22, 2023, they were mentioned on a spoof of the cover art for Bang Bang, where Jessie J is replaced by the coaches of Baby One More Time, Ariana Grande is replaced by the Havana cookie, and Nicki Minaj is replaced by Ron (who also used to be part of a running joke on Just Dance’s Twitter account).[7] The song title has been changed to "JUST BANGERS"[8] (misspelled as "JUST BANG").
- In the Just Dance+ trailer, Britney Spears is mistakenly credited instead of The Girly Team.
- This also happens in the promotional video for the "Just Dance Legends" playlist.
Classic[]
- Baby One More Time is the first ever Dance Crew in the series.
- It is the first all-female Dance Crew in the series.
- It is the only Dance Crew in Just Dance 3 where all the coaches are of the same gender.
- Baby One More Time is the first routine in the series that ends with the coaches freezing while jumping.
- The coaches were originally not going to freeze in the air during the jump in the end as shown.[9]
- There are some choreography errors present throughout the routine:
- At the beginning of the routine, Barbara does a completely different leg motion than the other dancers.
- During Gold Move 1, Barbara slightly loses her balance and regains her composure afterwards.
- During Gold Move 2, Barbara accidentally does the moves after she hit Gold Move 1 the first time, then follows the other coaches.
- In Just Dance 3, the Gold Move pictogram for Barbara features an incorrect leg position, where it instructs players to lift up their right leg instead of their left leg.
- This does not happen in the Xbox 360 version and in the remake.
- Sometimes, in Just Dance 3, the song gets set off from the routine, which leads the game to end suddenly, and it gets replaced with the score screen.[10]
- In the coach selection screen of Just Dance 3, Barbara has blue accents on her outfit and Brooke has green accents, but during gameplay, Barbara has green accents and Brooke has blue accents.
- The Just Dance Now files have an un-recolored pictogram, which is not used in the Just Dance 3 version.
- Unlike Dynamite, Jump, and Professor Pumplestickle, who all have at least one un-recolored pictogram in their files, Baby One More Time's is not stretched.
- There are also two unused pictograms for the remake.
- Unlike Dynamite, Jump, and Professor Pumplestickle, who all have at least one un-recolored pictogram in their files, Baby One More Time's is not stretched.
- In the remake, both of Betty’s socks glitch and turn white throughout the routine, especially when she and Brooke move around in a circle.
- In the remake, the reflections of the coaches are cut off, probably due to an error in editing.
- The Just Dance Now remake of Baby One More Time is seen in a number of Chromecast advertisements.[11]
- In the remake, Brittany’s coach selection image has a different outline, which is simply magenta instead of magenta and white.
- This was fixed later.
- As of an unknown date, the coach selection images for the remake have been updated in order to make them look more zoomed in.
- In Just Dance Now, the Gold Move effect does not appear in the preview.
- The Just Dance Now bundle archives contain four scoring detection files named "babyonemorequat_goldceline", "babyonemorequat_goldmanue", "babyonemorequat_goldnatsuko" and "babyonemorequat_goldsandrine", which are references to the name of the performers.[12]
- In Just Dance Unlimited, the Gold Move effect glitches sometimes.
- In Just Dance Unlimited, a pictogram is missing during the bridge.
- On Just Dance 2020, the background for the routine is erroneously used for Futebol Crazy’s map background.
- Baby One More Time makes a brief appearance in the video "Ubisoft Paris - 30 years of games".[13]
- However, the remake is mistakenly used instead of the original version to represent Just Dance 3.
- In the "Just Dance Legends Playlist" announcement video, the map is credited to Britney Spears despite it still being covered by The Girly Team in Just Dance+.
Mashup[]
- Baby One More Time’s Mashup has the most Gold Moves of any routine on Just Dance 3 (excluding Boogie Wonderland on Xbox 360).
- There is a dancer with magenta pigtails that appears in the Mashup. It is a Beta coach for the song, as proven in the Soundless Quiz, where she appears with a slightly different color palette.
- She is seen again in the Mashups for Hit ’Em Up Style (Oops!) and Oops!...I Did It Again.
- Her silhouette also appears in the Just Dance 3 Solo Medley icon.
- She is also the first beta dancer to have a gold move.
- Two of her pictograms are slightly more saturated than the others.
- I Don’t Feel Like Dancin’ is the only male dancer in the Mashup.
- This is the first Mashup to feature only one male coach.
- In the menu icon, I Don’t Feel Like Dancin’ is cut above his knee.
