"Call Me Maybe" (Alternate) is playable on Just Dance 4. The routine can be unlocked through the Wheel of Gifts on the Wii, and used to be unlockable via Ubisoft Connect on Xbox 360, PS3 and Wii U.
Appearance of the Dancer

The coach is a woman with long pink hair in a half-bun style. Her hair is purple at the tips and appears to be straight. She is wearing a golden dress with a reddish pink heart in the middle that has a reddish pink swirl that is connected from the heart. She is wearing a dark purple denim vest over her dress. She is now wearing golden sneakers with reddish pink laces. She wears a very light pink bracelet on her right wrist. At the end of the routine, she disappears with a buzzing static effect.

The background is the same as that of the Classic routine, but the movement of the apps are different. The intro and the outro are the same.

- This is the only Alternate routine in Just Dance 4 that could have been unlocked in this way.
- When the coach performs her Gold Move, the visual effect shakes along with the screen.
