"Despacito" (Extreme Version) is playable on Just Dance 2018, where the routine can be unlocked on 8th-generation consoles and the Nintendo Switch from the Gift Machine, and through normal gameplay on 7th-generation consoles. The routine also appears on Just Dance Now, Just Dance Unlimited, and 舞力无限. The song can be also found in the Just Dance+ files.
Appearance of the Dancer[]

The dancer is a man with short black hair and a sky blue beret. He wears a red-fuchsia shirt with golden buttons, a dark violet leather jacket with silver buttons, light blue jeans with a gold chain on the right, and dark violet loafers. The sleeves of his jacket and shirt are slightly pulled up, and the ends of the sleeves of the latter are made visible. He also wears an earring on his right ear, two gold necklaces (one with a diamond-like item hanging from it), gold and black bracelets on his right wrist, and a gold ring on his right index finger. His glove is yellow.
Background[]
The background uses the same templates as the Classic routine. The only difference is that colored screens filter it. The filters are primarily pink, yellow, and blue.
Gold Moves[]
There are 3 Gold Moves in this routine:
Gold Moves 1 and 3: Hit the air to your right with both hands while raising your left leg.
Gold Move 2: Hit the air to your left with both hands twice.
