"Despacito" (Extreme Version) is playable on Just Dance 2018, where the routine can be unlocked on 8th-generation consoles and the Nintendo Switch from the Gift Machine, and through normal gameplay on 7th-generation consoles. The routine also appears on Just Dance Now and Just Dance Unlimited.

Appearance of the Dancer

The dancer is a man. He wears a sky blue beret, a black leather jacket, a red button down shirt, golden necklaces and one gold earring, sky blue pants, and black shoes. He also has a golden chain on his pants.
Background
The background uses the same templates as the Classic routine. The only difference is that colored screens filter it. The filters are primarily pink, yellow, and blue.
Gold Moves
There are 3 Gold Moves in this routine:
Gold Moves 1 and 3: Hit the air to the right with both hands while raising your left leg.
Gold Move 2: Hit the air to your left with both hands twice.
