"Don't Stop Me Now" was initially planned to have a different routine, before being scrapped, and reworked later in development.
Appearance of the Dancers[]
The dancer is a man.
C1[]
C1 has the same appearance as in the final version, with the exception that he is bald and the red rhombus on his right eye is much bigger.
C2[]
C2 wears a completely different outfit compared to C2 of the final routine. He wears a purple top hat with a yellow crown and a yellow outline of a banana on it. He is wearing a suitcoat with a pale yellow fringed shoulder pad on the left and a plaid sky blue cape on the right. He has on a purple cropped shirt and an intricate golden necklace over a plaid sky blue shirt with two horizontal golden stripes. He is wearing a short tie and dress pants which, along with the suitcoat, are colored with dark blue and black diagonal stripes that move downwards independent of the clothing. He has on multicolored shoes with abstract wings, red cufflinks, a golden watch chain on his left hip, a large ruby ring on his right hand and a yellow glove on his left. He has a thick white irregular outline.
Background[]

The background is mostly the same as the final one but there are some differences. In the first background, the ladders are completely absent, then before the pre-chorus, there was only one butterfly hot air balloon. On the chorus, the transition between the background was absent and the heads had white outline. In the bridge, the rays were yellow and the crown was shown to be gold and purple, as opposed to the final one where it's entirely black. In the guitar segment, more butterflies are seen and the butterfly guitar are notable larger.
Gold Moves[]
There are two Gold Moves in this routine:
Gold Move 1: Reach forward towards the left with your left arm and reach up with your right arm.
Gold Move 2: Bend down and bring your arms out in a circle while stepping back.
