"Dynamite" (Extreme Version) is featured on Just Dance 2023 Edition. Along with Sweet but Psycho, it was playable for free on the Just Dance service without purchasing the Just Dance 2023 Edition song pack, until an unknown date in early April 2023.
Appearance of the Dancers[]
The routine is performed by a crew of four young men with visible facial features. They all have faded golden outlines. Whenever a certain dancer performs his moves, candies briefly swirl around the dancer before slowly disappearing, in both versions.
P1[]
P1 is Haze. He has short and feathery brunette hair, with a light pink beret on his head. He wears a magenta long-sleeved sweater with a purple necktie and a black circular badge with a white emblem, dark orange waist-high jeans with bell sleeves that have open slits in the center, magenta socks, and shiny black single-strap shoes. He also wears two rings, with a silver ring on his left index finger and a golden ring on his right index finger. His glove is dark purple.
P2[]
P2 is T-Bam. He has short black hair with a short sweep to the left, with a pink cap with black inner linings on his head. He wears a light blue shirt with tucked sleeves and the word "Boy" in yellow letters with a brown outline, indigo cargo shorts with large pockets by the thighs closed by a black and pink thread in a yellow buckle, light blue ankle socks with a yellow line on the top, and black, white and light blue shoes with black soles. He also wears a pair of silver earrings, a thin silver necklace and a black wristband. His glove is yellow.
P3[]
P3 is Joy-Ce. He has light blue hair in a mild bowl cut. He wears an orange striped shirt with white and black colors, light blue pants held by a black ringed belt, and black shoes. He also wears a black left earring, a pair of pink headphones that are resting on his neck, two golden chain necklaces with a small black dog tag in one of the necklaces, and a black wristwatch. His glove is pink.
P4[]
P4 is Gray. He has blonde hair combed upwards. He wears a beige polo shirt with a dark blue and blue striped necktie and a nametag on the right side, pink pants held by a black belt, and black dress shoes. He also wears a pair of sunglasses with amber-colored lenses, and a black wristwatch on his right wrist. His glove is light blue.
Background[]
The map opens with a "DYNAMITE" title in 80's diner styled logos. The map started as ambient black then it fades showing an 80's retro diner. Right behind the coaches, two cars colored blue and hot pink is shown with its light being on and off. On the ceiling, we could see two ventilations and three silver tire hanging. On the floor, a checkered pattern with a monochrome color scheme is shown. On the left, yellow cushion diner chairs, restaurant tables and a gas pump is shown. Around the map, a lot of retro posters could be seen. As the choreography starts, 3D breakfast foods, spheres with pattern and spheres with faces could be seen popping out. Throughout the course in scene 1, a 3D text is shown with writings of "Rock and Roll", "Woo-Hoo", and "Let's go!".
Transitioning to scene 2, a small kitchen could be seen with 3 retro stools. Yellow cushion diner chairs, restaurant tables and 2 gas pump is shown. Throughout the course, 3D breakfast foods, spheres with pattern and spheres with faces could be seen popping out. Throughout the course in scene 2, a 3D text is shown with writings of "Funk and Soul", "Dynamite", "Woo-Hoo" and "Let's go!". After the lyrics go "let's go", the map starts rotating back to scene 1. After the chorus, the map begins to spin around the diner, transitioning from scene 1 to scene 2. After the bridge, the map transitions to scene 3.
In scene 3, the retro diner could be seen with the name of "Dynamite" with neon lights. In the back of the coaches, 5 cars could be seen in blue, pink, blue, yellow, pink (left to right). Throughout the course, 3D breakfast foods, spheres with pattern and spheres with faces could be seen popping out and swirling in a circular motion to the right. When the lyrics go "Woah-oh-oh", a rainbow smoke could be seen in the sky.
Gold Moves[]
There are 2 Gold Moves in this routine:
Gold Move 1: Spread your arms out, and kick your right leg 180° backwards.
Gold Move 2: This is a Wave Gold Move which occurs in the following order:
- P4: Extend your right arm outwards with your left hand on your chest.
- P3: Bend your right knee and put both of your hands over your head.
- P2: Bend your knees and point upwards with your right arm.
- P1: Point to the screen.

- The color of the pictograms was changed on October 9, 2023, this making Dynamite (Extreme Version) the only map on Just Dance 2023 Edition to receive changes to its pictograms.
- Dynamite (Extreme Version) is seen in the Nintendo Direct announcement of Just Dance 2023 Edition.
- The cars in the background are actually reused models of the Brubeck Vespid HMI from Ubisoft Montreal’s Watch Dogs series.
- The pictograms have default colors in the preview and the Nintendo Direct announcement of Just Dance 2023 Edition.
- The routine in the preview and the Nintendo Direct announcement of Just Dance 2023 Edition has many differences:
- The dancers have more saturated color schemes and they have a blue glow instead of a yellow one.
- A few details in the background are different.
- This early version is also seen in an Instagram reel that celebrates the fifteenth anniversary of Just Dance.[5]
