The coach is Giulia, a woman with brownish hair. She wears a long-sleeved purple top with a pink bra sticking out. As well as purple sweatpants, pink shoes, a necklace, hoop earrings, and a red glove. Her clothes cycle between different colors throughout the song. Her top and sweatpants shift to orange in the pre-choruses and pink in the choruses while her bra and shoes shift to purple in the pre-choruses and orange in the choruses. At the end of the routine, she dissipates into multiple butterflies.

The background starts out as minimalist apartment that cycles between different rooms such as a living room, a dining room, and a bedroom while some butterflies fly around. The room changes colors to reflect the coach’s colors during different parts of the song, including purple, orange, and pink. During the final chorus, the background reveals a rainforest surrounding the bedroom with mostly palm trees.

Trivia[]
- Farfalle is the third Italian-language song in the series.
- Among all Classic routines with an Extreme difficulty rating, Farfalle is the first one to be a Solo.
- It is the second one if one counts the Just Dance 4 version of Part of Me.
- The song’s choreographer, Giulia Stabile, is Sangiovanni’s romantic partner.
- Thus, the coach was named after her.
- Despite the original song name having its first letter written in lowercase, the title card and song cover both have the first letter capitalized.
- Players were used to be able to play Farfalle even if their Just Dance+ subscription expired, but after STAY (VIP Version) was released, this was disabled.
