The dancer is a woman. She has black curly hair and wears a red cropped tank-top, black denim shorts, a brown hat that closely resembles a beret, black heeled boots, a black armband, two golden chain necklaces, a cyan glove, and a tangerine outline. During some parts of the routine, her tank-top becomes golden-yellow, her shorts become orange, and her heeled boots turn brown.

Trivia
General
Follow the Leader is the second song by Jennifer Lopez in the main series.
Classic
The background dancers are out of sync with the song.
The routine had an early version in which the following differences can be noticed:
The routine starts with the song title being displayed on a door that opens to reveal the coach in front of the final background, with the camera slowly zooming in.
The coach is in her C1 color scheme for the entire routine. Her colors are also less saturated, and her glove is purple instead of sky blue.
Due to this, some of the eight beta pictograms found in the old Just Dance Now servers are based on the coach’s C1 color scheme despite portraying moves performed by the coach in her C2 form in the final routine.
The coach’s shorts were also dark yellow instead of dark blue.
The background dancers are fully visible.
The background has slight differences in terms of colors and light effects.
The avatar’s beret is red, although in-game, the coach’s beret is dark brown.
The Gold Move is counted differently depending on the scoring mode:
On remote scoring, only the first three flicks are counted as the Gold Move, with the fourth left unscored.
On camera scoring, the first two flicks are counted as the Gold Move, and the last two are a separate scored move.
Mashup
The coach of Limbo (Sweat) is "frozen" for a short period.
Party Master Mode
The Party Master Mode for Follow the Leader is the only one in the Just Dance series where a caption from the alternate routine of its respective song can be selected.
When the caption Cyborg Balance is selected, Gold Move 1 and 2 from that routine is displayed along with the Gold Move effect despite it happening one beat earlier than the moves in the caption, thus becoming impossible to perform and score.[2]
The non-golden pictogram for D.A.N.C.E.’s Gold Move is affected by a glitch that makes it disappear abruptly.[3]
