"Ghost In The Keys" by Halloween Thrills is featured on Just Dance 2017, Just Dance Now, 舞力全开2017, Just Dance Unlimited, Just Dance+, and 舞力无限.
Appearance of the Dancers[]
The routine is performed by a quartet of dancers who each have Halloween inspired outfits.
P1[]
P1 is a female bat. She wears a lilac suit with a violet leotard that has a light yellow torso section and a light yellow forehead, a pair of red cat ears, a purple mask, a pair of bat wings, blue leggings, and a pair of black boots.
P2[]
P2 is an anthropomorphic pumpkin. His head is covered by a carved pumpkin, and he wears a purple coat with red buttons, a black shirt underneath, a red belt, a purple-and-violet striped pair of trousers, and black shoes.
P3[]
P3 is an evil doll. She has fuchsia hair with white highlights, pink skin, heavy makeup around her eyes, an aqua necklace, a yellow bra over a mint green sleeveless dress with yellow-and-black spotted parts, a white belt, along with a yellow-and-aqua striped part at the bottom, aqua and white striped high socks, and violet heels.
P4[]
P4 is a male ghost with a scar on his body and two gray arms. He is legless and floats. He also wears an electric lime glove.
Background[]
At the start of the routine, the background is set in an animated graveyard with the name of the song at the top and features decorated with leafless trees and pumpkins. The creepy moon and the jumping pumpkins, as well as a haunted house, is in the background. At parts of the song, the background is changed to a dark blue showing doors, old-fashioned candles, and more. Halfway through the song, the numbers on clocks are shown (the one on the left is in backwards towards a warp).
Mashup[]
Ghost In The Keys has a Mashup with the theme "Swag". This mashup features only male dancers. The mashup can be played through Just Dance Unlimited and 舞力无限.

Trivia[]
General[]
- Ghost In The Keys is the second song by Halloween Thrills in the series.
- However, it is their first song to be an original creation rather than a cover.
- Ghost In The Keys is the only song in Just Dance 2017 to have a Mashup, but no alternate routine.
Classic[]
- Ghost In The Keys (P4) and Oishii Oishii (P1) are the second and third legless coaches in the series, after Slimer.
- They count as the third and fourth cases in the series if Speedy Gonzalez (P2) is counted.
- The background for Ghost In The Keys appears in Wherever I Go.
- P1’s pictogram in P4’s Gold Move 1 is accidentally mirrored.
- P4’s routine was recorded separately from the other coaches’.[2]This is proven by the fact that P4 has a differently designed outline and, in one of the concept art pictures, he does not appear with the other dancers.
- During the Just Dance Live performance of Ghost In The Keys that took place on March 8, 2018, P2, P3, and P4, can be seen wearing the costumes from Time Warp.[3]
- The emote representing P4 appears if you try to open to the Just Dance+ menu in Just Dance 2023 Edition when your device is not connected to the internet.
Mashup[]
- So Good makes several appearances throughout the routine, making Ghost In The Keys and Radical’s Mashups the twelfth and thirteenth ones to feature an unused coach. They are preceded by those for Baby One More Time, Hit ’Em Up Style (Oops!), Oops!... I Did It Again, Blurred Lines, C’mon, Candy, Limbo, Miss Understood, Starships, Ain’t No Mountain High Enough, and Dark Horse.
- Ghost In The Keys (Mashup) is the eighth Mashup to only feature male coaches, after the Mashups of Take On Me, It’s My Birthday, Macarena, You Spin Me Round (Like a Record), Drop the Mambo, Fancy, and Stuck On A Feeling.
- Among these, it is the fifth non-gender-themed Mashup to only feature male coaches, after those of Take On Me, It’s My Birthday, Drop the Mambo, and Stuck On A Feeling.
- The coach for Taste The Feeling does not turn white in his first appearance. Due to this, the pictograms for that part were remade.
- Rockafeller Skank’s pictograms are in a lighter shade of purple, and the arrows are pink instead of red.
- In the Just Dance Unlimited servers, there is an unused thirty-second preview where the background is absent and the coach of Can’t Feel My Face has a thicker glow.[4]
- Additionally, the extraction of Rockafeller Skank has not been masked properly, resulting in the coach having a thick black glow and a fading line on each side of the screen.
- In the Italian version of the game, the Mashup theme is mistranslated as "Festone", which literally means "festoon".
- This mistranslation is caused by the fact that the English word "swag" can also be a synonym of "festoon".
