Fanmade
The fanmade dancer is Umutcan Tütüncü, a man with light skin and brown hair. He wears a fire orange and black jacket, a white shirt, black skinny jeans with small holes, and a pair of white shoes.
Background
The background appears to be in a dance club with huge gears and pipes, speakers in the background and lights along the dance floor. The background changes throughout the verses, pre-chorus, and chorus. The background animates closely to the song.
In the Fanmade version, the same background is used. A purple "FAN MADE" banner appears on the right, and shows the Just Dance World Cup logo, an avatar of the earphones version of Cake By The Ocean, and the Turkish flag.

Trivia
General
"Sex" is censored.
HandClap was revealed on the same day that How Deep Is Your Love was released on the Nintendo Switch.
A total of six lines in the lyrics were mistakenly lowercase upon initial release.
HandClap did not originally support AutoDance upon initial release. This was later fixed.
Classic
The routine was first shown in the Just Dance 2017 Nintendo Switch trailer just minutes before its preview was uploaded on YouTube. The song was also used as the backing track in the trailer.[3]
During the Gold Move, the checkered shirts that the dancers wear turn red.
The shirt that is tied around P1’s waist is similar in appearance to the shirts that were worn by Rock N Roll and Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae)’s P3.
In the dash.justdancenow.com gameplay, the pictograms have the same effect as Chiwawa (Remastered Version, by Barbie): the end of the slide has a different beat effect and the pictograms pulse to the beat of the song before fading off. However, the Gold Moves do not have an animated glow and the pictograms do not flash white once they reach the end of the slide.
In addition, a Gold Move glow accidentally flashes at the bottom of the slide in the beginning and in the second verse.
As of an unknown date, the menu colors 1A, 1B and 2A in the Just Dance Now .json file have been changed. The new hexadecimals are #174B6B, (teal blue) #020F2D (indigo) and #770829 (deep red).[4]
World Cup Champion Version
HandClap is the sixth routine in the series to have a Fanmade routine.
The Fanmade routine debuted in new.justdancenow.com as the first routine to be exclusive to VIP players. [5]
The routine was made available for all players an hour later.
Gold Moves 1 and 2 are counted separately in spite of them being represented by only one pictogram.
HandClap is the only Fanmade routine in Just Dance Unlimited that has the caption "World Cup Champion Version". Diegho’s routines had two captions: "Fanmade Version" or "VIP Made Version".
It is also the first to apply chroma key on the coach and use a non-real life background (while all the others are just real-life recordings with a purple frame).
The Fanmade routine’s Just Dance Now bundle contains three additional placeholder coaches.[6]
A beta version of the video file was uploaded to Just Dance UK’s YouTube channel but was later removed.
In this version, the coach has no glow and is more saturated, and there are mock gameplay items (such as motionless feedback icons, some lyrics from She Wolf (Falling to Pieces), and a pictogram from Boys (Summertime Love)).[7][8]
In the gameplay, Umutcan Tütüncü’s name is spelled as "UmutcanTutuncu".
Also, the coach’s white T-shirt glitches to a dark shade of blue for about a frame.
