Ports[]

  • Files for gesture movements for Xbox One and PS4 for 彩虹节拍 (Cai Hong Jie Pai), 火锅爽 (Huo Guo Shuang), and 王妃 (Wang Fei) can be found on the servers, indicating that there were plans for a PS4 and Xbox One version of the game, but those ideas were scrapped for unknown reasons.[1][2] Both consoles were also mentioned in a trailer of the game.[3]
    • Images for the PlayStation Camera setup can still be found in the files.

Graphics and Interface[]

  • In early copies of the game, only the Chinese song titles of the game exclusives were displayed on the song selection menu; in the final version, instead, the Chinese title is accompanied by a romanization that lacks the accents.[4]
  • As seen in the preview gameplay of 彩虹节拍 (Cai Hong Jie Pai), the game originally used the lyrics format from the main series (with each line being highlighted in sync with the vocals); however, in the final build of the game, the lyrics are fit in a smaller window that is not highlighted and starts scrolling up as soon as the routine starts, thus not being synced with the vocals.

Routines[]

彩虹节拍 (Cai Hong Jie Pai)[]

  • In the Just Dance Unlimited files, early menu assets with unedited coaches can be found.
    • The servers also store an early video file where the background is absent, the coaches are bigger, and P1’s glove is green instead of purple.
  • The pictogram bar and the lyrics were magenta instead of purple in the preview.
  • An early version of the routine can be seen in a promotional video.

火锅爽 (Huo Guo Shuang)[]

  • In early versions of the game, the original pictograms and lyrics color were used.[4]

王妃 (Wang Fei)[]

  • In the preview, the pictogram had default colors and the pictogram bar was sky blue instead of red.
