"Padam Padam" by Kylie Minogue was meant to be featured on Just Dance 2025 Edition with an additional routine, but this was scrapped, leaving only one released routine for the song.[2][3][4]
Appearance of the Dancers[]
The routine is performed by four 3D-animated dancers in club wear. All dancers have gloves with a faint glow effect.
C1[]
C1 is an androgynous man with a fashion aesthetic reminiscent to Grace Jones. He has dark chrome skin with platinum blonde flat top hair, shiny silver exaggerated eyeshadows, and shiny lips. He wears a black open suit jacket with a few shiny silver pins and buttons, a black low-cut shirt with a wide V-shaped cleavage, a black belt with a silver buckle and embellishments, black skinny pants, and bronze heeled boots. His glove is light blue.
C2[]
C2 is a woman with very short gray hair and light brown skin. She has a pair of red thick square-shaped sunglasses and a faint pink lipstick. She wears a white romper-style jumpsuit with dark brown lapels on the cleavage and a dark golden bulky waist belt. She also wears a black sheer top underneath her jumpsuit and a pair of sky blue pumps. Her glove is purple.
C3[]
C3 is a woman with brown skin and in an urban-style sequined and tassel outfit. She has a teal green sequined cap on her head, which has metallic light golden tassels hanging by the front and sides. The front tassels partially obscure her eyes while the side tassels reach down to her shoulders. She wears a teal green sequined baggy jumpsuit, with a large sharp cleavage that reaches down to her abdomen and is covered by white hanging tassels. She also wears dark green shoes. Her glove is red.
C4[]
C4 is a woman with black tight hair and light brown skin. She has a dark purple hat on her head, which was shaped like a large spike. She also has dark purple translucent sunglasses with sharpened edges, thin black rectangular hanging earrings, and dark purple lips. She wears a long-sleeved top that consists of a white sequined corset design and black fabric, dark purple waist-high shiny pants, and black felted half-knee length heeled boots. Her glove is light pink.
Background[]
The routine takes place in a nightclub inspired by Studio 54 named "Studio JD". The background confines itself in dark rooms with dim flashing lights and faint ambience of people in the club. The routine begins with a view of a golden taxi stopping by the entrance of "Studio JD", and the camera has a slight burnt transition effect that shows C1 and the background.
C1's background is a dancefloor, with four golden light pillars surrounding him. The pillars flash light randomly while yellow, red, blue, and green headlights hang from above. A golden disco ball can be seen above the coach's head. Faint blurry and hazy silhouettes of people can be seen in the background.
C2's background is a jade green stage, with panel walls by the sides that flash green and blue neon light. Behind the coach is a large empty stage and dance floor, which has a large fan-shaped neon light design in green, blue, and yellow. Three disco balls can be seen hanging above the ceiling. The hazy silhouettes were placed farther in the background.
C3's background is a blue spacious dancefloor, with "Studio JD"'s logo seen behind the coach. Initially, the logo can be seen together but slowly slid apart to reveal more of the dancefloor and its people behind. Red and blue spotlights are seen high in the ceiling.
C4's background is a dark room with a hot pink floor and pink light pillars behind the coach. Blue and pink headlights shine on the coaches. The hazy silhouettes behind the coach are purple.
During the outro, the four dancers appear in the same location, with C1 placed in the center. The background is a wide stage with golden lights, with pillars of lights by the sides. A rotating disco ball can be seen high in the ceiling.
Gold Moves[]
There are 2 Gold Moves in this routine:
Gold Move 1: With your left hand on your hip, spin your right arm above your head.
Gold Move 2: Put your right arm above your forehead and put your left arm across your chest.
Trivia[]
- Padam Padam was first revealed in a post by Les Monstres, the studio who also co-produced Play Date, on August 22, 2025. They later confirmed it was an unreleased Just Dance map in a reply to a comment.[2]
- Its existence was first implied by the released routine having the codename "PadamALT", indicating another routine had been created first.
- The studio later explained that the map was not released in the game due to it not being normative enough and to a lack of time to completely finish it.[1]
- Padam Padam is the first animated map to be scrapped.
- The title screen reads "Padam" instead of "Padam Padam".
