This article is about the routine in the main series. You may be looking for the routine in The Black Eyed Peas Experience. |
"Party Rock Anthem" by LMFAO featuring Lauren Bennett and GoonRock is featured on Just Dance 3, Just Dance Wii 2, Just Dance Now, Just Dance Unlimited, and 舞力无限. The song can be also found in the Just Dance+ files.
Appearance of the Dancer[]
The dancer is a man with orange poofy hair in four buns. He wears purple goggles, a blue vest with a purple tank top, a green bandanna, orange pants with a green leg strap, plum boots with green straps and yellow soles, and orange and purple arm warmers. In the remake, he looks more realistic.
Background[]
The background is blue and has colorful floating cubic blocks. The top surface of the purple cubes flash in beat with the song. At some points of the song, the background flips upside-down. There is also a multicolor square around the dancer during the instrumental part, and as the song ends the coach breaks into cubes.

Trivia[]
General[]
- Party Rock Anthem is the first song by LMFAO in the series.
- Party Rock Anthem is the first song by GoonRock in the series.
- The clean version of Party Rock Anthem is used, in which "h*es" is censored and replaced with an unintelligible vocal sound. "My jock", "cash" and "you’re naked now" are additionally censored by the game.
- "Gaining money" is misinterpreted as "Gang of money".
- The outro has been shortened in-game.
- In the US preview gameplay, only LMFAO is credited.[3]
- In the Just Dance 3 demo, Party Rock Anthem is the only song playable in the Just Create mode.
- It is also not playable in the demo outside of Just Create.
- Party Rock Anthem is sampled in Make The Party (Don’t Stop).[4]
- In the description of Just Dance Now on Google Play, LMFAO is not credited.
- In the remake, "you’re naked now" is not replaced with the three dots and there is no space between "this" and the three dots that replace "cash".
- Additionally, "now" can still be heard despite it being censored in the lyrics.
- In Just Dance Unlimited, the line "Shufflin’, shufflin’" is written as "Shufflin’Shufflin’", without the space in the middle.
Classic[]
- Among all routines to feature freestyle sections that do not score any points in-game, Party Rock Anthem is the fifth one where blurry afterimages appear during said section, after Hey Ya!, It’s Raining Men, Rasputin, and Satisfaction (Isak Original Extended).
- The coaches of Apache (Jump On It) and Party Rock Anthem are tied for the highest number of appearances in Mashups, with 21.
- The background reappears in Rock Lobster.
- In What You Waiting For? (Sweat Mashup), the pictogram color is changed to orange.
- The routine appears in the music video for Justice Crew’s "Boom Boom", as some Australian copies of Just Dance 3 advertised a competition for dancers to appear in a Justice Crew video.
- In You’re the First, the Last, My Everything (Mashup,) the coach does not break into cubes but instead keeps dancing until he fades away, performing moves that are not seen in the original routine.
- The moves that are not counted for in the routine are counted for in said Mashup.
- In Just Dance Now, the coach lcan be seen lip-syncs some verses of the song, unlike in Just Dance 3.
- Besides, the overturning of the background is off by a few split seconds.
- In every Mashup in Just Dance 2016 that features the coach, he appears in his original form, except for that of Blame.
- Along with She’s Got Me Dancing, Party Rock Anthem does not appear in the Just Dance 3 playlist on Just Dance Unlimited.
Mashup[]
- On the Xbox 360 version, the Mashup has an incorrect usage of a Gold Move: when "Shake that!" is first sung, the Gold Move 1 pictogram is accidentally used. Therefore, it has one Gold Move more than the Wii and PS3 version.[5]
