"Physical" (Extreme Version) is featured on Just Dance 2023 Edition.
Appearance of the Dancer[]
The dancer is a woman named Delvin, who resembles Dua Lipa. She has fiery orange hair in a high ponytail, with the ponytail tied with her own hair. She has thin black eyebrows, black eyelashes and dark purple lips.
She wears a long-sleeved leotard with a large opening on her front and back, which has a strap across her breasts and back that shares the same color with the leotard. The color of the leotard and strap is pink in the intro, lavender in the verses, purple in the choruses, golden yellow on the bridge, and finally sky blue on the half of the last chorus. She also wears a pair of black stockings with red lines across the front part of her leggings, and a pair of dark purple strapped open-toed block high heels.
Her accessories includes a sky blue chunky chain necklace with "DANCE" hanging on the necklace in dark blue, green, pink, orange and dark pink colors, orange, pink and sky blue bangles on her left wrist, and dark pink and sky blue shiny bangles on her right wrist. Her glove is dark blue and she has a faded outline, which is red in the verses and bright yellow in the choruses.
Background[]
The background is the same as the Classic routine without the boombox, crowd and banners. The jumbotron sometimes shows the song lyrics and the room lights up orange and purple.
Gold Moves[]
There are 2 Gold Moves in this routine:
Gold Move 1: Touch your chin and move your arm and head to the right while moving your left leg and foot to the right.
Gold Move 2: Rapidly punch the air in front of you with your arms (in the order of right, left, right).

Routine[]
- Physical (Extreme Version) is the first Extreme routine for a song by Dua Lipa whose coach is female instead of male.
- Physical (Extreme Version) is the first Just Dance routine to be choreographed by Andy Da Veiga.[2]
- Physical (Extreme Version) and Therefore I Am are the twelfth and thirteenth routines whose backgrounds show all (or most of) the lyrics of the song, after Hit ’Em Up Style (Oops!), Love Me Again, Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae), Juju On That Beat, Not Your Ordinary, Where Are You Now?, Bailando, Done For Me, Peanut Butter Jelly, Don’t Start Now (Extreme Version), and I’m Outta Love.
- The preview gameplay of Physical (Extreme Version) was the first one to use the second beta Gold Move effect of Just Dance 2023 Edition.
- Delvin’s outfit is inspired by Dua Lipa’s outfit in her EMAs performance.[3]
- The choreography includes moves from Dua Lipa’s viral "Dancing and Twisting" meme from 2018.[4]
- In the Just Dance 2023 Edition servers, there is a beta version of the routine, where the following differences can be seen:
- The title card is black with a white outline instead of white with a neon outline.
- Delvin's hair is darker and her nostrils are visible for most of the routine.
- Delvin's leotard changes color more often, and the colors appear in different parts of the song compared to the final version. Lilac-mauve, orange, sage green, and cobalt blue are also included among the colors of her leotard.
- Different camera movements are used until the end of the first chorus; in the second verse, the camera moves less, and from the second chorus onwards, it only moves around while staying in the same angle.
- The background has different animations and is less detailed.
- The routine can be spotted in the background of Can’t Stop the Feeling! (Danceverse Prince Version).
- Delvin’s wig was later reused for Agent D in Toxic (Extreme Version).[5]
