"Provenza" by Karol G is featured on Just Dance+.
The song was made free to play on Just Dance+ from March 30, 2023, to April 6, 2023, as part of Season 1: Lover Coaster.
Appearance of the Dancers[]
The routine is performed by a pair of Melosians formally known as "The Sovereigns of the Seas"[1]. They both have light magenta faded outlines.
P1[]
P1 is Calypso, the coach of Tusa. Her appearance is based on her C1 form, with the details kept almost the same. However, she also has visible facial features, which includes red eyebrows, red sharp eyeshadow, and red lips. Her color scheme is also very slightly saturated, and she also wears a golden orange glove, specifically royal orange.
P2[]
P2 is Triton, a Melosian with cyan skin and piscine-like features. He has long cyan flowing hair, with strands flowing by the sides, and has a golden tiara shaped like jagged corals. His ears are replaced by dark blue spiny fins, and his facial features include dark blue eyebrows and dark blue eyeliner. He wears blue formal attire, with pink shiny branched coral patterns on the upper part of each clothing article. The suit is buttoned up with a single starfish-shaped golden button, having golden edges on the lapels, and spiny fins by the sides of the forearms. There is also a golden seahorse attached by the left side of his suit, with two light golden chains hanging and clinging on his right shoulder. There is also a flowing greenish cyan fabric that loops over his right shoulder, emerging from the left open side of the lapel. His slacks also have a faint gradient that results in slightly darker lower leg sleeves. Lastly, he wears a pair of shiny golden slip-on shoes. He also wears a strong violet glove, specifically blue-violet.
Background[]
Provenza takes place at a castle at sunset near the ocean. The title card shows four large, marble pillars standing on a circular platform with what appear to be stairs. The pillars are surrounded by blue, semi-transparent tubes that also read the word "PROVENZA" in the center. These tubes then fly towards the castle, revealing Calypso and Triton to the viewer.
The castle is a light shade of pink, supported by a number of thin pillars and detailed with many carvings in the walls, some of which hold blue orbs. The outside flooring is made of many tiles, each with their own shade of pink, and the inside is made of solid pink cement. The glass tubes also appear, surrounding the castle inside and out, and occasionally turn pink as they move. An abundance of blue, green, and pink glitter also floats about the castle.
The next scene shows Calypso and Triton dancing on a metallic pink and purple seashell, surrounded by pink translucent seahorses and the same glitter from the castle. The "water" is made of blue tubes that take the shape of waves. At the end of the verse, the duo goes back to the castle, which appears to have blue lights inside of it. During the rap verse, however, they come back to this seashell, now having a darker theme to it.
During the bridge, Calypso and Triton are standing on a cloud surrounded by blue tubes. Behind them is a statue of the carvings seen previously, this time with a metallic purple color scheme and hands that open and close. A seahorse is shown in the center, flashing occasionally as glitter appears.
