The routine takes place in a whitewashed room. It is virtually empty besides for the coach and a red chair, and the shadow that the coach casts can be seen in the entire room.

- Rich Girl (With a Chair) is the first routine to use a chair as a prop, followed by Buttons.
- Rich Girl (With a Chair) has the second-lowest amount of counted moves in the franchise, with only 36 being scored on camera consoles. Since its release it has been beaten by Only You (And You Alone).
- On the menu assets, the coach’s glove is dark grey instead of yellow.
- When the coach leans back, her facial features, which are heavily accentuated with black make-up, can be seen.
- Rich Girl (With a Chair) won in the Most Outrageous Dance Routine category in the inaugural Just Dance Awards.[1]
