Sara is a character from Just Dance 2023 Edition, debuting in Can’t Stop the Feeling! and serving as one of the main protagonists of the "Enter the Danceverses" storyline. She is a human who is recruited by Wanderlust to help defeat Night Swan.

Sara returns in "Dance with the Swan", where she is possessed by Night Swan.

Biography[]

Shy yet cheerful, Sara takes on the stresses and pressures of her life with dancing.[1] Despite the fact that she loves to dance, she follows the saying of "Dance like no one's watching" and prefers to dance alone. However, her own desire to help and have fun allows her to go with Wanderlust and travel with him, eventually leading to helping him and a few of the coaches to go against the invasion of Night Swan.

While Sara is not shown to be having special characteristics that are present within her companions, she joins in the quest to help save the Danceverses from Night Swan despite this. Additionally, her appearance is different between the two realities. In her own reality, she is shown to be having muted, realistic colors identical to real world humans, while within the Danceverses, she is given a bright color scheme in addition to outfit changes.

Trivia[]

  • Sara is the only character to have voice lines from Just Dance 2023 Edition, present in the trailers for "Enter the Danceverses" and "Dance with the Swan".
  • On February 14, 2024, the French Ubisoft Instagram account posted a reel with a spoof of Tinder consisting of Ubisoft characters, where Sara’s profile states she was 20 years old at the time. This makes Sara the first coach in the history of Just Dance to have a canonical age, along with Wanderlust (who is reported to be 27 years old in the same reel).[3]
