Trivia[]
- Season 2: Y2K was the first Just Dance+ season where all the legacy maps had previously returned to Just Dance Now and/or Just Dance Unlimited.
- The first teaser references a first generation iPod Mini, as its click wheel is not the same color as its shell.
- Sk8er Boi’s teaser references the song Girlfriend through the line "She’s so whatever", spelled out with letters from previous season logos.
- Clippy appears in the season trailer.
- Two emotes present in the season trailer which portrayed Leda, were not available as cosmetics and were instead released later during Night Swan: The Prequel.
- On April 18, 2024, Just Dance’s Twitter account posted a meme consisting of a desktop based on Windows XP with the following references to the Just Dance series:[3]
- The logo of the first Just Dance game as the icon of a program called "Best Game.exe";
- The icon of the fictional dating app Dancr, which was first seen in Season 1: Lover Coaster;
- An icon of an MP4 file labelled as "CryingBroccoli Interview", referencing Ubisoft partner and Just Dance streamer Crying_Broccoli;
- A fictional program called "Chaccy.exe", whose icon consists of a paper clip shaped like Ron, referencing Clippy;
- A fictional program called "DanceSpace.exe", which references MySpace and has the icon of MSN Messenger;
- The label "Night Swan’s House" under the Recycle Bin;
- A screenshot of Judas as an opened MOV file labelled as "My Audition Tape";
- A folder titled "Ubi Originals";
- A folder titled "Can’t Tame Her BTS Footage";
- Additionally, on the toolbar, "DANCE" is displayed instead of the Start icon and Dancity is identified as the location.
- On the CD showing the track list of the season at its end, PinkPantheress’s name has a space between the two words (unlike in-game) and Oops!... I Did It Again is credited to Britney Spears rather than to The Girly Team.[4]
- The song The Way We Do It by Mosh Party is used in the trailer.[5]
