"Shine a Little Love" by Electric Light Orchestra (covered by The Sunlight Shakers in-game) is featured on Just Dance 2024 Edition.
Appearance of the Dancer[]
The dancer is Brock, the badger from Mr. Blue Sky and Wouldn’t It Be Nice. His appearance has been almost kept the same, except his wristband is thicker.
Background[]
The routine sets stage with Brock in the treehouse from Mr. Blue Sky. As he browses a photo album, Brock can be seen wistful of the lack of memories with Panda and Rudolf. As the song begins, Rudolf's image comes to life, grabbing Brock and transporting him into the setting.
The first verse unfolds a photo in a tennis court, reminiscent of Water Me’s Tennis Version, set in an ideal location with a bright sky and abundant trees. The segment starts in daytime, transitions to a sunset scene, and concludes at night. In the background, Rudolph can be seen hitting tennis balls, incorporating moves from the mentioned routine.
During the pre-choruses, Brock can be seen back at the treehouse with fading cloud bubbles of Rudolf on his left and Panda on his right, expressing deep sentiments. The end of the pre-choruses features magical sparkles from the photo album, surrounding Brock and turning him into an integral element of the album.
The post-choruses show Brock as part of the photo album, sliding and gliding on each photo, now portrayed as a 2D drawing, with sketches of blazing sunglasses, arrows pointing to photos of Panda and the van, and festive elements.
The second verse unfolds a photo in a rainforest with tall bamboos, reminiscent of Daddy Cool, featuring Brock dancing on a bamboo raft. Meanwhile, Panda hangs from vines, and various animals populate the scene such as the birds from Mr. Blue Sky. The segment concludes in nighttime with the addition of fireflies.
During the second post-chorus, Brock glides over album drawings again, showcasing images like tennis rackets, doodled arrows, and a festive Rudolf. The corresponding photos feature Rudolf and Panda playing tennis together.
In the bridge, Brock unfolds a photo of the pyramid from Mi Mi Mi, meeting P1 and learning his signature move. He then goes through another photo into the vibrant city from Soy Yo, learning that routine's signature moves from the blue creature inside the fire hydrant. The background undergoes through changes with each sung syllable leading to the removal of a corresponding piece.
In the third post-chorus, album drawings portray a diverse array of fruits. During one part, Brock enters a drawing of the wooden W.C. from Wouldn't It Be Nice. As the door closes, the player is prompted to follow the stickman from the W.C. sign mimicking the choreography.
An additional post-chorus unfolds Brock within a photo of the tree stumps of Mr. Blue Sky with fruits descending from the sky, reminiscent of Con Calma. Panda joins on a tree stump, dancing to the choreography from the mentioned routine.
In the third verse, Brock is depicted on a snowy beach with gifts and twinkling tree lights. At some point, the penguin from Wouldn't It Be Nice can be seen entering the scenery to add another gift. Rudolf can be seen dancing in sunglasses and a red scarf while holding a boombox, reminiscent of his debut routine Make It Jingle.
In the final pre-chorus, the camera zooms in on Brock for the third occurrence, with Rudolf and Panda tapping his shoulders. As the scene zooms out, Brock finds himself accompanied by Rudolph and Panda alongside the creatures from the previously mentioned routines.
The instrumental outro unfolds with all of them dancing on the tree stumps from Mr. Blue Sky, now set in nighttime. The area is decorated with holiday lights from Make It Jingle. The night sky feature star constellations of drawings from the photo album, such as a bear paw, gifts, and the Just Dance logo.
The final performance is captured in a new picture in the album, where the three friends are back in the treehouse, adding the photograph and embracing in a heartfelt group hug, sealing the conclusion of the routine.
The outro reveals the entire adventure was a staged play, with the audience cheering and applauding as the three friends take a bow.

Trivia[]
General[]
- Shine a Little Love is the second song by Electric Light Orchestra in the series.
- It is also the twelfth song to be credited to The Sunlight Shakers in the series.
- It is also the second song with the claymation versions of Brock and the Panda to be a cover of an Electric Light Orchestra song.
- It is also the second song covering Electric Light Orchestra to have vocals performed by Brody Dolyniuk.
- Due to multiple structural changes, Shine a Little Love marks the first of two covers of licensed songs to significantly differ from their origin, along with Tainted Love.
- The intro is removed, with the riff (now half-length) losing its percussion but adding a new vocal melody that invokes the title.
- The chorus is not led into with drum fills, and it does not keep up the intensity of the verses before it. Backing instrumentation comprises a tambourine, a synth keyboard, and bass guitar.
- Each iteration of the chorus adds slightly more at its conclusion, the first ending with a tom-led drum fill, the second ending with a crash cymbal roll and a snare-led drum fill, and the final chorus has a cymbal roll, a run from the strings section, and a different drum fill.
- The first bridge is given a similar treatment to the chorus, removing all percussion except light cymbal hits.
- The third verse, third chorus, and second bridge are not included in the cover.
- Unlike the original version, the final chorus lasts the same length of time as the others, and the song does not fade out on the final riff, which includes the new vocal melody added at the intro along with new drum fills, ending the song with a variant of the vocal melody.
- The tempo of the song is slower than the original version.
- The Just Dance France account misinterprets the song title as "Shine a Little More" in a promotional video.[1]
