"Sk8er Boi" by Avril Lavigne is featured on Just Dance+.
Appearance of the Dancers[]
P1[]
P1 is a boy named Tyler. He has pink and purple hair.
C1[]
In his C1 appearance, he wears a bright orange cap. He has a deep teal jacket with cobalt blue accent over a hot pink T-shirt, and a pair of blue jeans with neon yellow cuffs, in which both have neon yellow and orange patterns on them. His shoes are black. His glove is soft red.
C2[]
As soon as he performs Gold Move 1, he changes into his C2 appearance. He loses the jacket and now has a rose red mesh tank top, black baggy jeans with red cuffs, both of which have hot pink and rose red patterns. He also wears some bands on his wrists and silver chains around his neck and pants. His glove is now neon yellow. His shoes are kept the same.
P2[]
P2 is a girl named Lauren. She has blue and pink hair. Her appearance is kept the same throughout the routine. She wears a bright orange crop top with the word "SK8" labeled in front. She has a pair of black forearm gloves with pink stripes, and wrist bands. She also wears purple jeans with a hot pink belt buckle and purple chain hanging on the side. Her shoes are purple with neon orange laces. Her glove is bright blue.
Background[]
The routine starts off with the song's title card in graffiti. Above is an artwork of Tyler and the coach of I’m An Albatraoz, as Lauren then proceeds to spray-praint over the latter, before running off with the former into the skate park, where this routine is taking place.
Colorful graffiti art and skateboards treading across the park, as well as the rainbow trails that follow the latter, can be seen throughout the routine.
During the chorus, the graffiti for "Just Dance" and "Boogie" pop out from the walls and slopes, along with comically drawn 3D bubbles and arrows.
During the bridge, colorful brush strokes paint the skate park, changing its color and the graffiti's. This goes on for the rest of the routine.
Gold Moves[]
There are 2 Gold Moves in this routine.
Gold Move 1:
- P1: Put your right arm up and bend the knees.
- P2: Put your arms up and pretend that you were caught.
Gold Move 2:
- P1: Carry P2 and spin.
- P2: Get on P1 and put your arms up.

Trivia[]
General[]
- Sk8er Boi is the third song by Avril Lavigne in the series.
- It is her first song to be an exclusive.
- Sk8er Boi is the second song of the history of Just Dance+ to come from the 2000s, after Hollaback Girl.
- Counting Just Dance Unlimited and Just Dance+, it is the fourth to be from the 2000s, after The Way I Are, Princess (internationally), and Hollaback Girl.
Routine[]
- Different difficulty levels were assigned to the coaches on August 23, 2024, thus making Sk8er Boi the first pre-Just Dance 2025 Edition routine in the main series with multiple difficulty levels.
- However, due to coding constraints, the difficulty levels originally appeared in the same font and character size as the coaches’ names and aligned to the left side (unlike in the announcement trailer for Just Dance 2025 Edition, where they have different font colors and are placed in the middle).
- The difficulties were removed the next day.
- They were re-added with the 25.0.0 update, with the difficulties being colored.
- Sk8er Boi is the fourth Duet where only one coach changes in appearance, after Gangnam Style, Love Is All, and The Way I Are (Dance With Somebody).
- Sk8er Boi is the only map from Season 2: Y2K that does not end with a Gold Move.
- Despite the official song title being "Sk8er Boi", the codename of the map is regularly spelled as "SkaterBoy".
