"Sleigh Ride" by The Ronettes (covered by Nicky Gonzalez[1] and credited as Mrs. Claus and the Elves in-game) is featured on Just Dance 2025 Edition.
Appearance of the Dancer[]

The dancer is a claymation model of a dark-skinned woman named Mama Christmas, who has large black hair with colorful sprinkles. She has thick black eyebrows, brown pupils, and red lipstick. She wears a small red cape with a soft white border, a white sweater with patterns in red, yellow, and green on the arms, red overalls with three yellow buttons, a black belt with a gold buckle, and a pair of black snow boots. Her fingerless glove is yellow.
Background[]
The routine begins with the title card overlooking a warehouse on a snowy hill during nighttime. A plush rabbit appears on the screen and lands on a sack on a sleigh. The sleigh, which is riding on a snowy terrain with a fence nearby, is being ridden by two elves, one of whom is banging cymbals to the beat of the song. The sleigh then reaches Mama Christmas, who begins dancing. Once the dancing begins, the elf banging cymbals stops doing so, and the two watch. A Christmas tree can also be seen on Mama’s right. The elves then move the sleigh forward, causing the elf that previously banging cymbals to fall onto the sack, and Mama jumps onto the platform in the back. They then enter a workshop with tools, Christmas decorations, a brick wall with Christmas drawings, and a writing that reads "WELCOME TO MAMA’S HOHOHOME."
Once the first verse begins, the toys in the sack begin to float around and surround Mama, and the elves briefly look at the scene before rushing away from frame. The toys that begin floating are, in order of appearance, roller skates, a toy car, the plush rabbit from earlier, plush stars, boxes, a doll, wheels, a drum, a stuffed bear, a wind-up toy, a toy train, wooden sticks, a rubber duck, a video game controller, a bear head, a trumpet, a toy truck, a dumbbell, a toy hammer, a spoon, a robot head, a miniature arcade machine, a scooter, a plush alicorn, a toy robot, a plush whale, and a guitar. The elves soon appear on both of Mama’s sides with recycling bins. When Mama points to each side, the toys on the corresponding side are thrown into the bin below. Halfway through the verse, the wall is lifted up, revealing another area of the building that connects outdoors. The aforementioned process continues. This time, Mama’s dancing shuffles the placement of the toys, and all of them go to their corresponding bins at the same time. Once the elves leave with their recycling bins, a sleigh rolls into the backdrop with the recycling bin in tow.
Whenever the background vocalists are singing "Ring-a-ling-a-ling-a ding-dong-ding", Mama is seen dancing on drums outside. The town from Think About Things can be seen in the distance. The two elves are also standing on drums with microphones singing the song and wearing black hair bobs that resemble a simplified form of the hairstyle that Ronettes lead singer Ronnie Spector sported. This backdrop occurs three times. The first instance this happens, Mama’s dance moves correspond with the toys from the previous scene combining themselves into new toys. The second instance this happens, the dance moves correspond with the toys being painted new colors. The third instance this happens, the dance moves correspond with wrapping paper getting cut and folded into cubes.
The second verse takes place in a rotating workshop with yellow, blue, and pink walls. The elves appear with paint buckets of the three primary colors. Two of those colors pop out of the buckets and, when Mama points at them, mix into their corresponding combinations. Halfway through the verse, the camera zooms out to reveal three elves on each of the three areas, with paint buckets all surrounding them. Paintbrushes are seen floating around the environment and move around in accordance with Mama’s dancing.
The instrumental break takes place in another workshop. Desks with needles and sewing machines appear on each side, and a banner saying "ENJOY IN THE PATCHWORK STUDIO" is lifted from the ground. When Mama dances, clothes are lifted out from the corners of each side and given to the elves. They then work and patch all of the fabrics into a giant wrapping paper. At one point, a sweater that was being given to the elf that was gathering the clothes is thrown onto the elf’s face, causing them to fall off the desk they were standing on. Their face ends up appearing on a hole in the wrapping paper as the instrumental break ends.
The final verse begins with Mama back on the same platform that the first verse took place in, which is now close to the ceiling and is beginning to descend to the ground. The toys are floating and the elves dump piles of wrapping paper at her sides. Corresponding with the dance moves, the wrapping paper is lifted up, and the toys are packaged inside of them. Floating sacks can be seen in the background, and the gifts that were with Mama on the foreground join them once they are completed. Halfway through the verse, the platform reaches the ground, and Mama jumps into a beige sleigh decorated with antlers and filled with gifts, which leads into a transition showcasing her continuing to dance as the sleigh rolls down a hill surrounded by snowy pine trees. The hill then reaches a curve and begins flying in the sky. As the verse ends, the camera, which was facing the left of the sleigh up to this point, cuts to a forward-facing shot of Mama continuing to dance as the sleigh flies in the clouds. Four tinier sleighs appear with the elves riding them and waving to Mama. As the song begins to come to a close, the gifts on the sleigh are magically pushed away and left to fall.
The routine ends in the same terrain where it started, where the elves are overlooking the sleigh as it speeds away. A gift soon lands beside them. It magically unwraps, revealing a rocking horse. The elves, excited, sit on the horse, one sitting on the saddle, and one standing on the horse’s butt. On cue with when the original song featured a horse neighing in the distance, the horse lifts itself up and skids away. The elf that was on the horse’s butt falls off and the routine ends as they run off to catch up to it.
Gold Moves[]
There are 2 Gold Moves in this routine:
Gold Move 1: While sliding to the left and joining your legs, twist your arms in opposing half-semicircle motions with your fingers pointing up, so that your arms are in a V pose.
Gold Move 2: While jumping and spreading your legs, bring your arms down from a crossed position so that your hands stay on each side, and bend over slightly.
