Appearance of the Dancer[]

Teacher coach 1 big

The dancer is a young man with a fluffy dark blue afro. He wears a pink button up shirt with dark blue shattered shaped patterns and dark blue buttons, which during the "why you do me wrong" the shirt glows, blue-gray skinny pants, and black rubber shoes with green parts on laces area, the heels, and the toe. He also wears a green earring on his left ear, light green watch and dark blue wrist band on his left wrist, and a dodger blue glove. In certain parts of the routine (notably the chorus), his shirt turns violet-blue and his gloves turns magenta. He also has sky blue faded outline.

During the "So let me teach you" (where Gold Move 1 to 3 is) and the bridge, his hair, jeans, and shoes becomes darker, his skin turns dark blue, and his shirt glows light blue.

Background[]

The background is very colorful with many lines and zigzags sifting and floating around. The letters of Love can also be seen floating around in a jumble. During the chorus, the background is blue with pointed stripes and pink broken shards. Afterwards, the background turns purple, teal, and black with crazy triangles.

  • Teacher was played during the play-off of the Just Dance World Cup 2015.[3]
  • The menu icon can be found in the files of the Nintendo Switch version of Just Dance 2017.[4]
  • Teacher was featured in the temporary Just Dance Now playlist "Classroom Calling", despite the routine not having any school-related elements.
    • This was probably due to the name of the song (which is Teacher).

Mashup[]

  • Teacher (Mashup) and Irish Meadow Dance (Mashup) are the only Mashups on Just Dance 2016 to feature a coach from Just Dance on the square.
    • Teacher (Mashup) is the third Mashup in the entire Just Dance series to have a coach from the first game on its menu icon, after those of Jump (For My Love) and No Limit.
  • In the Mashup, Johnny Zomby is far to the left of the screen.
    • Besides, his appearance is sometimes affected by a scoring bug, which prevents players from earning points even when they are actually dancing along.[citation needed]

Party Master Mode[]

  • The caption for Follow the Leader (Sweat) is misspelled as "Strecht It" instead of "Stretch It".[5]
  • In the Party Master Mode, if the player who holds the gamepad switches from another song to Teacher, Gold Moves 1, 2, and 3 will be counted in spite of the game not displaying the pictogram and the Gold Move effect.[6]
