"The Boy Is Mine" (stylized as "the boy is mine") by Ariana Grande is featured on Just Dance 2025 Edition.
Appearance of the Dancers[]
The dancer is a humanoid robot named Neo. He has short space blue hair, beard, and mustache. His body is covered in a sleek, silver metallic suit, with space blue accents defining his muscles, and golden yellow patterns forming across his body and face. The suit is exposed near the waistline, knees, elbows, left hand, and feet. His glove is gold.
Background[]
At the start of the routine, a USB drive is inserted into a console with red nodes and wiring, before switching to the title card, with a constructed image of the coach on the right and the prompt "LOADING..." underneath.
The introduction continues as we enter a futuristic cylindrical lab illuminated by neon strips of pink, yellow, and blue. Two robotic arms autonomously begin synthesizing the dancer onto a circular platform, where the routine begins.
Behind the dancer, a large blue screen and two smaller pink monitors on either side come to life. They display various HUDs: a "CALIBRATION" graph on the large screen, vitals for ">PROGRAM: CONFIDENT" on the left monitor, and a rotating image of the dancer on the right.
As the pre-chorus approaches, all the screens shift to an orange hue as ">PROGRAM: SASSY" starts. The central screen rises, revealing an entrance lined with pink neon strips, orange circular floor lights, and dimly glowing purple lights along the ceiling.
During the chorus, the dancer steps through the entrance and ">PROGRAM: JOYFUL" starts as green and blue neon lights flash intermittently across the angular monitors and ceiling. Once the chorus ends, bright red lights illuminate the area behind the dancer and the screens say ">RECALCULATION".
At first during the bridge, the lights in the hallway turn pale green as ">PROGRAM: SENSITIVE" is active. This transitions into ">PROGRAM: STRONG", during which orange and purple lighting emits from the monitors and hall lighting.
At the end of the routine, the dancer stands in front of a large octagonal screen displaying ">PROGRAM: COMPLETED" with two smaller bright green displays on either side showing the same prompt.
Gold Moves[]
There are two Gold Moves in this routine.
Gold Move 1: Put your arms down and nod.
Gold Move 2: Put your arms up and cross them in front of your face.
