Fake leaks are always a problem in the months preceding a game.  However, there are sometimes some real leaks.  So I propose some ways to cut down on fake leaks.

    1. URL must be given, not just a screenshot
    2. Multiple people need to see the original page
    3. A least one screenshot should be from a mobile device (to minimize Inspect Element leaks)
    4. Leaks posted by users who have a history of posting fake leaks (such as Bailarjust) should be thouroughly inspected
    5. Leaks should be from a Ubisoft website or Ubisoft-related social media account, or a legitimate news article or gaming store website (no publically editable sites)
    6. Cite all new information.
    7. The webpage should be archived in the Wayback Machine.

These are very smart ideas. Btw, isn't Bailarjust the guy who put up that artist name leak picture?

These ideas are great, since they'll give us proof of each leak.

I'm not sure.  I don't mean to call him out, but he did post the fake "Get ready for Just Dance 2017" social media post screenshot and a fake teaser (look in recently uploaded videos)

    • Last year he posted something that said Chandelier would be on Just Dance 2016, we can't trust him.

We will wait for wait for the coming E3 for new development for JD17 for new songs (including who those for unreleased songs who didn't make it in previous franchise just what they did to JD 2016 for two songs), new modes (It might be changed anytime) including the big 3 console for new 9th gen consoles (Nintendo, Playstation and Xbox). Not to mention if there is a rumor who wants the old version specially for JD 3 and JD 4 for Backward Compatiblity for Xbox One.  The question is will be the 7th gen consoles version will continued for next JD franchise or will be goodbye forever to go on for 8th gen or the new 9th gen console?!

      But Im so excited..

I agree, obviously but, correct me if I'm wrong but when Ubi says something isn't not a leak, it's a confirmation, because as I know, a leak is when someone from outside a company (in this case, Ubi) shares private info. So, if Ubi shares it, it's not a leak, it's an official information/confirmation. IDK if I'm right but that's what I think...

Not necessarily. For example Dark Horse and Dancing Queen were leaked on the German Ubisoft site, but was later removed and denied.

Definitely! Great idea, because I hate fake leases being put around. In my opinion JD 2015 leaks were the worst; so many fake leaks came out. And I remember last year with that fake video 'leak'. It got really annoying too :D

But that was accidentally confirmed info (even trough DQ didn't make it into the game... xD)

Keep in mind that some pages may get taken down though (for example, a JDNow leak).

I'm not sure if Inspect Element is available on mobile, plus some people may not have access to it.

I agree, as there needs to be multiple sources to make sure that leaks for the future are real.
