THIS IS AN OFFICIAL DELETION PROPOSAL. DO NOT REMOVE THE DELETE TEMPLATES FROM THE PAGES MENTIONED UNTIL THE PROPOSAL REACHES A CONCLUSION.
Now some of you may have noticed a bunch of new pages cropping up for beta songs found by Vlad and Ipoz. I just want to start off by saying that these are reliable sources and I doubt they would lie about something like this. If it were April Fools' I'd say otherwise, but here we are. What I'm saying is, these things probably are in the files, but don't trust everything you read on the Internet as fake "betas" are everywhere, like in a certain someone's "Betas of JD" series.
Anyone onto the proposal.
A lot of these betas are just "mentioned" in the files. I.e., no assets, no files, no audio, not even an artist in some cases. For crying out loud we're making pages about a couple lines of text! I don't think this is necessary. What's next, creating articles for each individual pictogram?
Here's what I want. For every beta that lacks any assets whatsoever, the article should redirect to the beta elements page. For example Perfume would redirect to Just Dance 2/Beta Elements#Perfume where there already is a section about that that pretty much sums up everything we know about the song already, making the page useless. Here's a list of every beta I want restricted to the Beta Elements pages:
- Perfume
- Venus (Tackey & Tsubasa song)
- Venus (disambiguation) deleted as an extension
- B.U.T. (BE-AU-TY)
- Kataomoi Finally
- Galop Infernal (unless the Rabbids pages are green-lit)
- Arlequin
- GOLDFINGER '99
- Aitakatta
- Mr. Taxi
- Everyday, Katyusha
- Ponytail to Shushu
- Weapon of Choice
I am perfectly fine with recreating these pages if more evidence is found, or if they pop up in a showreel.
